HR Generalist - Recruiter

Typical Day

• Manages full life-cycle recruiting of direct labor roles for the site
• Works on HR strategies to support current and future talent needs for the site
• Affords assistance in HR-related activities such as employee onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, I-9 process, Workday tasks, employee assistance, etc.
• Supports employee investigations
• Helps drive program activities and sustainability initiatives locally

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function
• 6-12 months of Human Resources or related experience; prefer direct exposure to recruiting/talent acquisition tasks
• Demonstrates ability to protect and maintain data privacy
• Displays good communication skills and excellent relational skills; able to communicate to all levels of the organization
• Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary comprehension of Flex policies and procedures
• Microsoft 365 Experience
• Responds to customer complaints, employee issues and regulatory agency inquiries
