Typical Day
- Manages full life-cycle recruiting of direct labor roles for the site
- Works on HR strategies to support current and future talent needs for the site
- Affords assistance in HR-related activities such as employee onboarding, Day 1 Orientation, I-9 process, Workday tasks, employee assistance, etc.
- Supports employee investigations
- Helps drive program activities and sustainability initiatives locally
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function
- 6-12 months of Human Resources or related experience; prefer direct exposure to recruiting/talent acquisition tasks
- Demonstrates ability to protect and maintain data privacy
- Displays good communication skills and excellent relational skills; able to communicate to all levels of the organization
- Demonstrates a general knowledge of functional concepts and a rudimentary comprehension of Flex policies and procedures
- Microsoft 365 Experience
- Responds to customer complaints, employee issues and regulatory agency inquiries
