HR Generalist - Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to expedite and optimize the recruitment and selection process, with a focus on Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff.
• Reviewing open requisitions for new qualified applicants, obtaining interview availability, and contacting applicants to provide information on the open positions and conducting phone screens and interviews.
• Conduct and document reference checks.
• Survey new-hires and recent terms to assess their employment experience at ASI.

Qualifications

• Two years of administrative support experience
• One year of recruitment experience
• Excellent independent initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Excel and database applications
• Able to handle shifting priorities
