HR Generalist

About the role

This is a fully onsite HR Generalist position supporting a large operations workforce by providing day-to-day HR support and implementing HR programs. The role focuses on resolving employee relations issues, managing leave processes, assisting with performance evaluations, conducting employee onboarding, and providing policy guidance to foster a positive and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance to management and staff.
• Oversee and administer recognition programs.
• Assist in workplace investigations as needed.
• Coordinate and manage leave cases (e.g., FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation).
• Support performance evaluation processes.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum of 1.5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
• Strong communication skills and a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management tools is preferred.

This role requires direct, in-person interaction with management and employees, making it ideal for candidates who can effectively support Spanish-speaking staff.
