HR Generalist
Job Overview
We are seeking a well-rounded HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions, including recruiting, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, onboarding, performance management, and training.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management
- Aid in employee relations matters, performance processes, and workplace issue resolution
- Provide support for benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate HR records, policies, and HRIS data to ensure data integrity and reporting consistency
- Contribute to employee engagement, training coordination, and culture-building initiatives across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office
