HR Generalist

Our client is an established manufacturing organization with a collaborative, people-focused HR team. This hands-on role supports employees and daily HR operations within a plant environment, offering broad exposure across payroll, employee relations, recruiting, benefits, and leave administration. About the role

• Support payroll by reviewing timecards, processing payroll changes, and ensuring accurate biweekly payroll
• Assist employees with HR questions, employee relations matters, benefits, FMLA/LOA, and company policies
• Support recruiting, onboarding, orientation, employee records, terminations, and HRIS updates
• Conduct employee investigations, performance reviews, reporting, workers’ compensation activities, and general HR administration

Requirements

• Previous Human Resources experience with payroll and recruiting exposure required
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR practices
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
• HRIS experience required; ADP and SHRM/PHR certification are pluses

Pay

$65,000–$85,000, depending on experience
