HR Engagement Team Member

BalanceNow is a 501(c) nonprofit think tank focused on increasing diversity and inclusion in the leadership of media, government, and all leaders who make decisions on your/our behalf. Please learn about us before applying: www.balancenow.co The HR Engagement Team Member is responsible for maintaining engagement initiatives including monthly workshops, cross-department meetings, and employee engagement surveys. In addition to this, they will be responsible for maintaining Balance Now’s internal directory of Team Members, conducting all internal communications via email and Slack, coordinating letter of recommendation and certificate of completion for Team Members, working on projects related to Team Member engagement, internship satisfaction, Balance Now culture, and organizational development. They will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs. You will work remotely for 15 hours weekly with a flexible schedule. The duration of the internship is a minimum of 4 months to a maximum of 6 months. Team Members can earn school credit, work experience in a start-up, and letters of recommendation upon completion.
