Responsibilities
- Provide strategic counsel to executive leadership on talent-related business execution
- Manage HR strategy to align programs and services with business success
- Translate business needs into HR operational plans
- Lead and manage a global HR account team
- Coach business HR team members, setting performance goals
- Advise executives on talent management matters like succession planning and performance management
- Monitor organizational health using data analytics
Qualifications
- 10+ years of direct HR experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or MBA with 5+ years of related experience
- Significant experience supporting engineering and manufacturing operations
- Experience in both union and non-union environments
- International work experience, including living abroad
- Strong business acumen with understanding of profitability drivers
- Proficient in employment/labor law for effective problem-solving
