About the role
A growing manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead HR operations and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Human Resources functions
- Support workforce planning and growth
- Manage and develop an HR team
- Oversee high volume onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
- Payroll administration and HRIS management, including experience with payroll systems
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and workplace regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (required)
- Manufacturing HR leadership experience (required)
- 5+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with responsibility for multiple HR functions
- Strong background in employee relations, compliance, onboarding, payroll, and training
- Experience leading and developing HR staff
- Knowledge of employment law, workplace compliance, and HR best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) is a plus
