Responsibilities
- Lead all compensation programs to ensure consistency and competitiveness across the firm
- Full cycle benefits administration including 401K administration, compliance, and open enrollment
- Lead daily HR operations with emphasis on high-quality employee experience
- Contribute to the design and implementation of compensation and benefit incentive programs
- Oversee all payroll process, including audits, data integrity and reporting
- Manage employee relations, including policies and regulatory compliance
- Oversee 2 direct reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 10+ years of HR operational experience, with emphasis on compensation and benefits
- Strong data analytics and reporting skills. Experience with McLagan or other compensation benchmarking tools a plus
- Experience using Paylocity and ATS (Greenhouse preferred) for data management and reporting
Compensation
$195,000 - $250,000 annually
Location
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
