Responsibilities

  • Direct human resources activities across the organization, ensuring consistent support for employees and leaders.
  • Advise on employee relations matters with professionalism, discretion, and a balanced approach to problem-solving.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR administration.
  • Manage benefits-related processes and help employees understand available programs and policies.
  • Career Development: Partner with management on performance discussions, employee development planning, and review cycles.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and documentation while supporting compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR workflows, strengthen systems, and improve the overall employee experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Marketing or advertising industry experience

At least 7 years of progressive human resources experience, including substantial exposure to operations and employee relations.

Strong understanding of HR regulations, employment practices, and compliance requirements.

Background supporting performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and learning or development programs.

Experience working in a fast-paced creative, advertising, marketing, or comparable business environment.

Familiarity with HR technology platforms and performance tools, including AI-enabled systems.

Working knowledge of benefits administration, HR compliance, and payroll processes such as ADP.

Excellent judgment, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across the organization.
