About the role

Peaks Healthcare Consulting is the management company for a portfolio of skilled nursing and assisted living facilities across Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and Kansas — approximately 700 employees across 8 facilities. We are seeking a corporate HR Director to build and own the full HR function from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the full HR function including policy development, multi-state compliance, employee relations, vendor management, onboarding standardization, and HRIS implementation across a CMS-regulated long-term care portfolio.

Requirements

• Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site environment — this role requires someone genuinely seasoned, not someone growing into it
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience required
• Multi-site, multi-state HR background

Compensation

$120,000–$150,000 depending on experience
