Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance and support to facility HR Managers and leadership teams on HR systems, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee implementation and consistency of employee engagement and appreciation programs across assigned facilities.
- Lead and support employee relations strategies to ensure fair, consistent, and compliant resolution of workplace matters.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state labor and employment laws, regulations, and company policies across facilities.
- Partner with facility leadership to identify workforce challenges and develop proactive HR strategies and solutions.
- Support and guide investigations into complex employee relations matters, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
- Conduct regular on-site visits to Massachusetts skilled nursing facilities to provide hands-on HR leadership and operational support.
- Drive initiatives focused on employee retention, culture improvement, leadership development, and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience required, preferably in skilled nursing or senior living environments.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in employee relations, HR leadership, and multi-site support.
- Excellent communication, consulting, and leadership skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for on-site facility support, including Massachusetts locations.
- Proven ability to lead through change, build strong relationships, and support large-scale HR initiatives.
