HR Director

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience including payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and recruiting
• Proven leadership in managing and developing HR teams, with direct supervision of HR professionals
• Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, leave programs, and HR compliance standards
• Proficiency with HR information systems such as ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking, and learning management platforms
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR
• Experience in multi-site operations, property management, food and beverage, construction, or real estate sectors
• Fluent Spanish language skills
• Experience managing vendor relationships and compliance reporting

Preferred Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Extensive experience leading HR functions across diverse industry sectors
• Past experience working with robust HR systems and managing complex workforce initiatives
