Description The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a HR Director to provide care at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Ottumwa, Iowa! What is a community health center (FQHC)? The largest source of comprehensive primary care for underserved communities and populations. With an integrated care model that includes medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof. Role Details Hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm & Friday 8:00am-12:00pmTeam includes: 1 HR Generalist direct report & position reports to the CEO Benefits Competitive Salary: $95,000-$130,000 annually depending upon experience & relocation assistance availableLicensing Subscriptions & Continuing Education: Reimbursement provided.Comprehensive Insurance: Medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, long-term disability, and flexible spending available. Requirements Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, human resources management, psychology, or related field. Advanced degree or certification in human resources or recruitment preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, CPC, etc.)5+ years of experience as HR manager/director with a comparable or larger sized organization preferredSubstantial knowledge and expertise in all facets of human resources management, including trends and issues, laws and regulations.Must have strong working knowledge of computers, office automation software and related tools. Demonstrated success in establishing relationships with community leaders, key resources, accreditation and regulatory entities, and related resourcesBilingual in English + Spanish would be a plus
