Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to the executive team, and will oversee all aspects of HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.
• Work in tandem with leadership to foster culture, by providing recommendations for employee engagement, performance management, and organizational design.
• Guide conflict resolution between employees, and maintain best practices, procedures, and policies.

Requirements

• Experience with Human Resources; 5+ years as a manager or director, managing complex employee relations
• Valid REAL ID or Passport required for travel
• Experience in Real Estate and/or a family-run, founder led business a major plus!
