  • Prepare annual Total Compensation Statements for employees.
  • Support equity administration activities and preparation of annual Long-Term Incentive statements.
  • Build and maintain an HR dashboard that provides leadership with visibility into key workforce data.

  • Advanced to expert-level Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to independently build complex spreadsheets, formulas, calculations, reporting tools, and data models.
  • Experience with HR analytics, HR reporting, compensation analysis, or workforce reporting.
  • Experience preparing or supporting salary administration, annual compensation cycles, total compensation statements, equity administration, or LTI reporting preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with database management, reporting, and data manipulation tools.
  • Experience developing HR dashboards, people metrics, KPI reporting, or executive-level reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Ability to independently manage detailed analytical work and deliver accurate outputs against defined deadlines.

What Success Looks Like

You are the person HR can trust with a complex compensation spreadsheet and sensitive workforce data. You can take large datasets, build the formulas and structure necessary to make them usable, validate the underlying information, and translate the results into accurate compensation outputs, dashboards, and executive-level people metrics. You combine the technical capabilities of a strong data analyst with enough HR and compensation knowledge to understand the information you are working with—and why getting it right matters. If you're an experienced HR Data, People Analytics, or Compensation professional with advanced Excel skills and are interested in a hands-on contract opportunity supporting a critical annual compensation cycle, contact us at recruiting@novasolutions.ai to learn more.
