HR Data and Reporting Analyst

About the Role

Reporting to the Sr Director, Total Rewards & Strategy, the Reporting Analyst will develop reports and insights to help us make informed decisions about our talent. They will create reports and dashboards that assess organizational health, diagnose business needs and analyze data to influence LiveRamp's people strategy. Ideal candidates will have a strong experience with WD reporting and Tableau, analytics and ability to turn data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Provide WD reporting and analytical support to various stakeholders across the People leadership team
• Partner with peers to design and build WD and Tableau dashboards that support strategic goals for LiveRamp
• Apply expertise in data and analysis and translate complex issues into actionable insights
• Create, maintain and improve the efficiency and automation of reporting and analytics processes
• Drive data integrity across the People team's systems and partners to develop good data governance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced WD reporting experience
• 5+ years of HR reporting and analytics experience (recruiting, engagement, retention, DEI)
• Expertise in data collection and manipulation and visualization skills
• Ability to review, prepare, audit and ensure accuracy of data

Pay

$55.00-70.00 / Hourly
