About the role
As a key member of the Claims team, you will be responsible for handling various insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Review and assess insurance claims for accuracy and compliance with policy terms.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve disputes.
- Prepare and submit claims documentation to third-party administrators.
- Follow up on claims status and provide regular updates to clients.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with claim management software.
