About the role

As a key member of the Claims team, you will be responsible for handling various insurance claims, ensuring timely and accurate processing while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Review and assess insurance claims for accuracy and compliance with policy terms.
  • Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve disputes.
  • Prepare and submit claims documentation to third-party administrators.
  • Follow up on claims status and provide regular updates to clients.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in insurance claims processing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with claim management software.
