About The Role
The Senior Manager, HRBP Consulting and Solutions (C&S) Behavior Management at LinkedIn is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing a team of HR Business Partners focused on employee conduct, workplace behavior, and disciplinary matters. This role involves providing expert guidance to people leaders on complex employee situations, ensuring fair and consistent resolution aligned with company policies and regional legal requirements. The Senior Manager acts as a trusted partner to HR, Legal, Employee Relations, and business leaders, driving operational excellence, risk mitigation, and a positive employee experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience with significant focus on manager consulting, performance, and behavior management
- 3+ years supporting global organizations within a centralized HRBP or shared services model
- 3+ years of direct people management experience or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices across multiple geographies
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguous and sensitive situations
- Experience implementing HR and operational programs and strategies
- Background in HR functional areas with a comprehensive understanding of HR operations
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
- Experience working within highly matrixed and global organizations, collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to influence stakeholders and gain buy-in at various levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support a team of HR Business Partners specializing in behavior management, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous learning
- Provide guidance on complex and sensitive employee situations, ensuring consistent and fair decision-making
- Serve as an escalation point for high-risk or intricate behavior, conduct, and disciplinary cases
- Partner with leaders to address workplace behavior concerns, policy adherence, and interpersonal conflicts
- Drive manager effectiveness through coaching, training, and scalable guidance, enhancing leadership decision-making capabilities
- Identify recurring challenges impacting organizational health and develop frameworks and best practices to improve leadership and team dynamics
- Ensure all employee matters are handled in compliance with applicable policies, employment laws, and regional requirements
- Collaborate closely with Legal, Employee Relations, and Compliance teams to manage sensitive issues
- Monitor risk trends and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to reduce organizational exposure
- Establish and continuously improve case management processes, service delivery standards, and team operating rhythms
- Leverage data and reporting to identify trends, inform HR initiatives, and enhance outcomes
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships with HRBPs, Legal, Employee Relations, and HR Operations teams
- Contribute expertise to organization-wide talent, culture, and workforce initiatives to support strategic objectives
