About the role
The HR Business Partner, Manager plays a strategic leadership role in aligning people strategies with business objectives across assigned departments or functions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to all levels of employees and provides high-level guidance on organizational design, talent management, change management, and performance optimization.
What You'll Do
- Act as the primary business partner to the organization to build effective teams and achieve business goals and objectives.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with departmental leaders to provide strategic guidance and workforce planning support.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of Distribution Center employees.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to business managers on matters that may impact people within the organization.
- Implement HR strategies and initiatives that aligned with overall business strategy.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention, engagement,) to recommend data-driven solutions and improvements.
- Manage and develop HR members for future HR leaders.
- Administer and execute routine tasks to include reasonable accommodation, termination, disciplinary action etc.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within the HR team.
- Supports compensation reviews, job evaluations, and other initiatives in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to ensure recruitment strategies are aligned with department needs and organizational priorities.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal, state and local requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years of progressive HR roles in a DC environment.
- HR certifications, preferred.
Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $100,000-$115,000/yr USD.
