HR Business Partner II/III

Responsibilities
- Partner with business unit leadership to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and talent needs
- Lead full cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt roles
- Support employee relations activities including coaching, conflict resolution, and issue resolution
- Aid in performance management processes including reviews and development planning
- Facilitate training, onboarding, and employee development sessions as needed
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with state and federal laws
- Participate in operational and leadership meetings to provide HR guidance and insights
- Champion HR programs and drive adoption across the business unit
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and support organizational improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required
- 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required
- PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification required for HR Business Partner III

The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731-$117,552 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.
