About the role
Auria is seeking a dynamic leader in Engineering and Technology solutions for the Department of Defense and civil organizations. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in Software and Systems Engineering, Cyber Solutions, and Specialized Mission Operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and delivery of complex engineering projects.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and test plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in software and systems engineering.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in engineering projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering and technology solutions.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Strong understanding of software and systems engineering principles and practices.
