About the role

As a Human Resources Business Partner II at Greenheck Group, you will play a key role in driving business success by aligning people strategies with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain visibility with all team members and address any issues and concerns that are identified in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work directly with management and supervisors to effectively promote positive employee relations.
  • Aid in performance reviews and ensure the development and implementation of specific development plans to address performance issues.
  • Conduct employee meetings and assist in training and development sessions on various topics as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws through efficient administration of company HR policies, procedures, programs and initiatives.
  • Support recruitment and selection efforts. Assist with orientation sessions.
  • Participate in operations meetings within the business and advise management on all Human Resource related topics.
  • Champion organizational programs and act as a change agent to help ensure program adoption.
  • Work with business unit and department leaders to identify issues, concerns, and solve problems.
  • Assist in achieving department goals.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in Human Resources required.
  • 4 Year / Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field or equivalent years of job experience required.
  • PREFERRED: PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with HRIS systems.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Pay

The starting base pay range for this position is $85,731-$105,903 and may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and performance.

Schedule

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks. Work may be performed in company’s setting, home, or hybrid.
