HR Business Partner – Employee Relations

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage employee relations investigations involving policy violations, legal concerns, ethics, and workplace conduct.
- Conduct fair, impartial, and thorough investigations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Prepare comprehensive investigation reports, documentation, corrective action recommendations, and communication materials.
- Partner with Legal, Ethics & Compliance, IT, Quality, EHS, HR, and external counsel to conduct objective investigations.
- Perform root cause analyses and recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurring issues.
- Maintain accurate investigation records and documentation in appropriate systems.
- Analyze investigation data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Develop and execute site-wide HR initiatives that support organizational effectiveness and business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to implement strategic HR programs.
- Analyze employee engagement survey results and lead initiatives to improve employee experience and workplace culture.
- Monitor the effectiveness of HR initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Present employee relations trends, workforce insights, and initiative updates to site leadership.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Prior employee relations investigation experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR policies, compliance, and employee relations practices.
- Experience conducting sensitive workplace investigations and employee interviews.
- Excellent verbal, written, and report-writing communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience analyzing HR metrics, KPIs, workforce data, and employee engagement surveys.
- Ability to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience leveraging digital technologies to improve HR processes and support strategic decision-making.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of integrity, discretion, empathy, and professionalism when handling confidential information.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, project management, and business partnering skills.
