HR Business Partner, Corporate (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a HR Business Partner, Corporate (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will serve as a strategic partner to corporate leaders, helping strengthen manager effectiveness, employee relationships, and overall team morale. The HR Business Partner will maintain a strong presence across assigned departments, provide practical HR guidance, and help align people priorities with broader business objectives. In addition, this position will support investigations, ensure documentation is handled carefully, and communicate key department needs to HR leadership. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $110,800 – $166,100 annually Responsibilities Collaborate with management to enhance work relationships and boost morale Attend department meetings and maintain a consistent presence within assigned departments Identify HR support opportunities that help advance business goals Communicate department priorities to HR leadership for alignment Provide HR guidance to department management as needed Conduct thorough investigations and maintain documentation Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Minimum of 5 years of HRBP or Generalist experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Understanding of business concepts and operations SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and short-term/long-term disability coverage 401(k) plan eligibility PTO accrual up to 236 hours annually Paid sick time up to 80 hours annually Annual discretionary bonus eligibility Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
