  • Own delivery excellence, strategic alignment, and profitability across client engagements.
  • Drive client satisfaction and retention against KPIs (NPS, retention, referrals, account growth).
  • Partner with the Principal to build client relationships and deliver strategic insights (eNPS, turnover, time to fill), identifying growth opportunities.

  • Align HR strategy with business objectives and collaborate with project teams to livingHR's delivery standards.
  • Optimize HR processes, policies, and systems for efficiency and compliance.

  • Advise on organizational transformation and change management.

Role Requirements

Core Competencies

  • Client and project management — owns relationships, deadlines, and delivery end to end.
  • Facilitation — leads workshops and stakeholder sessions with confidence.
  • Innovation mindset — finds ways to scale work and improve processes.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 7–9 years in HR, consulting, or professional services, including HRBP experience.
  • Paylocity is a plus.
  • Client-facing background in professional services, PEOs, or recruiting agencies preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree, SPHR/SHRM-SCP, or HR tech certification (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) a plus.

Work Style & Environment

  • Comfortable splitting time across two client environments; willing to travel between both as needed.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and an effective communicator in a fast-paced, client-facing role.
