Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with U.S. HR laws and regulations.
- Drive organisational analysis and implement improvements to ensure alignment with business strategy.
- Manage compensation and incentive frameworks, including annual salary reviews and MBO programs.
- Lead performance evaluations processes and annual reviews.
- Collaborate with the international HR team and Italian headquarters to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes using platforms such as SuccessFactors and Nexonia.
- Maintain HR data systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date organizational charts and reporting.
- Contribute to ad hoc HR projects.
- Support the identification of learning needs and implement training initiatives.
- Contribute to recruitment and selection activities.
- Stay up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and English (B2-C1).
- 5+ years of HR experience.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving the employee experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel (up to 20%).
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
