About the Opportunity:The HR Business Partner role is designed to provide strategic and operational human resources support to leaders and employees within an assigned business group or region. This position directly influences workforce effectiveness and employee experience by addressing challenges, supporting talent management, and ensuring HR processes are executed accurately and timely. 3. Responsibilities:Build strong relationships with leaders and employees to offer practical HR guidance aligned with business priorities.Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, leaves, promotions, compensation changes, and offboarding.Advise and coach leaders on employee relations, performance issues, workplace investigations, and difficult conversations.Collaborate on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives.Coordinate U.S. employment-based immigration processes with internal and external stakeholders.Develop and review job descriptions, coordinate job evaluations and compensation reviews, and support organizational changes.Prepare employee documentation, maintain HR records, monitor deadlines, and ensure accurate completion of employee transactions.Implement global HR programs adapted to local business, cultural, and statutory requirements.Analyze HR data and employee insights to identify trends, anticipate risks, and recommend solutions. 4. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum five years of progressive experience in HR generalist or HR business partner roles.Comprehensive experience across the employee lifecycle and HR functions.Preferred experience with U.S. employment-based immigration processes.Ability to handle complex employee matters and provide clear guidance.Skilled in balancing strategic initiatives with detailed transactional tasks.Strong judgment, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building across diverse cultures and organizational levels.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail managing confidential information and multiple priorities.Experience working in a fast-paced, global matrix environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems; Dayforce experience is a plus.Adaptable and collaborative mindset focused on supporting people and business success. 5.
