HR Business Partner
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Human Resources Business Partner to support our manufacturing operations and serve as a trusted partner to leaders and employees across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Implement the company culture, values, and policies
- Grow workforce strategies to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Promote employee advancement/employee recognition efforts
- Avoidter employee retention and development (maintain and improve the apprenticeship program)
- Manage data entry and maintenance of employee records
- Manage the New Hire Orientation Process
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior
- Remain flexible and adapt to changes in the work environment
- Show excellent time management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills
- Work accurately with close attention to detail
- Exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor
- Have basic computer skills, including e-mail, EXCEL, and Word processing
- Have excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate interaction with the workforce, and resource personnel, internal and external
Qualifications
- Obtained a bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related discipline
- At least five years of professional experience across all HR disciplines, including employment, benefits, compensation, employee relations, training and development, workers' compensation, and conflict resolution
- Experience working in a manufacturing and printing environment is preferred
- Experience working with a diverse workforce
- Decisive and self-confident
- Payroll experience preferred
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) Preferred
