Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend solutions
- Support change management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Aid in coaching managers on leadership development and team effectiveness
Qualifications
- Minimum Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Business Partner experience preferred)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
- Additional Experience: Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, ability to handle sensitive and confidential information, experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Workday), experience supporting multiple business units or a fast-paced environment, experience working for a Government contractor or other highly regulated environment

- Pay Range: USD $99,670.00 - USD $137,047.00 /Yr.
