About the Role

Beacon Hill is partnering with a global professional services organization to identify an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a long-term contract opportunity with strong potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, driving talent initiatives, and supporting employees across a diverse organization. The HR Business Partner will support both client-facing and corporate teams while serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, organizational development, and talent strategy. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources and will oversee one HR Generalist.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across multiple business functions.
• Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, coaching, and talent development.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design initiatives.
• Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, development planning, and performance improvement efforts.
• Drive employee engagement, onboarding, retention, and development programs.
• Manage and mentor an HR Generalist while ensuring strong HR service delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve HR policies, programs, and processes.
• Support organizational change initiatives and business growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including HR Business Partner experience.
• Proven ability to influence and partner with leaders at multiple organizational levels.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent management, performance management, and employment law.
• Experience supporting both customer-facing and corporate employee populations preferred.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• HR certification is a plus.
