About the role

As an HRBP/HRD (Core Business Unit), you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic objectives of the business unit. You will collaborate closely with managers and employees to ensure that HR policies and practices align with the needs of the business unit. This includes providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and organizational development initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures aligned with the business unit's goals.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop and implement performance management systems.
  • Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular assessments of the business unit's HR processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address talent development needs.
  • Assist in the development and execution of succession planning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding employment practices.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Proven experience in managing complex HR projects and initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and other HR software tools.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
  • Experience with performance management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Understanding of organizational development principles and their application in a business context.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations based on HR metrics.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
