HR Benefits Analyst

Our client, a Greater Hartford Area organization, is currently seeking a HR Benefits Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities

• Coordinate and administer employee leave programs, utilizing LeavePro and applying benefits‑related terminology and policies.
• Manage and review HR reports and data from external vendors, ensuring accuracy and timely follow‑up.
• Analyze HR data using Excel, including pivot tables and data manipulation, to identify trends and provide insights.
• Prepare HR reports and summaries for leadership to support workforce planning and decision‑making.

Pay

Salary Range: $62,000‑$68,000
