HR Associate
Dynamic Sealing Technologies (DSTI) in Andover, MN is hiring a part-time HR Associate for up to 20 hours per week on first shift, with flexibility to discuss specific hours and days.

Responsibilities
As an HR Associate, you will support the administrative needs of our HR department through a variety of tasks:
- HRIS & System Support:
- Set up and manage cycles in HRIS and Payroll systems.
- Perform data entry across HR platforms.
- Maintain accurate employee data.
- Run standard reports as requested.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare documentation packets.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork preparation.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Operational Support:
- Assist with scheduling interviews and meetings.
- Serve as the primary contact for catering orders and onsite hosted event coordination.
- Task-Based Shift Work:
- Execute prioritized task list prepared by the Lead HR Generalist.
- Communicate status updates and flag issues.
- General Office:
- Professionally answer incoming calls.
- Deter unwanted solicitors while directing legitimate callers to the appropriate resource.
You must be comfortable learning new technology, as we use a variety of systems, including proprietary internal tools.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required; candidates actively pursuing a degree with relevant coursework will be considered.
- 0-2 years of previous work experience, preferably in Human Resources or supporting another confidential department.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, including salary, medical, and performance data.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Proficiency in ERP, HRIS, and/or payroll software systems (e.g., Epicor, Paylocity, ADP or similar).
- Exceptionally strong organizational abilities, both in physical and electronic workspaces.
Schedule
This is a part-time role of up to 20 hours per week, with work performed Monday–Friday during first shift. We seek someone who can commit to a consistent weekly schedule and are open to discussing specific hours and days that fit your needs.
