HR Application Engineer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technology owner for the end-to-end Hire-to-Retire ecosystem
• Partner with HR leadership to align the HR technology roadmap with organizational priorities
• Drive the standardization, automation, and redesign of HR processes
• Own integrations and secure data flows between HR systems, Payroll, and Finance
• Lead system testing, deployments, and change management for platform updates
• Act as the primary technical bridge between HR, IT, Payroll, and external vendors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience supporting Workday HR platforms
• Experience with Hire-to-Retire business processes and HR operations
• Experience customizing, configuring, and supporting Workday HCM or similar enterprise HR platforms
• Experience with HR integrations, data management, and system administration
