HR and Office Administrator
St. Michael’s is seeking an HR & Office Administrator to support our Human Resources department and corporate office operations in Woodbridge, VA (on-site).

In this role, you will coordinate employee onboarding, support HR processes, manage office administration, organize company events, and provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team. You will serve as a key point of contact for employees and visitors while helping create an organized, welcoming, and professional workplace. Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a positive new hire experience.
- Maintain employee records and process personnel changes within ADP and other HR systems.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support HR programs, including employee recognition, personnel file management, and employment verifications.
- Serve as the primary receptionist by welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling, office maintenance, supplies, mail, and vendor relationships.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and provide administrative support.
- Coordinate CEO travel arrangements and assist with expense reporting.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, and company events.
- Plan and execute employee appreciation events, holiday celebrations, All Hands meetings, ESOP meetings, training events, and other corporate gatherings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
- Support special projects and other administrative initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Two or more years of experience in Human Resources, office administration, executive support, or a related administrative role.
- Experience using HRIS systems such as ADP preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Adobe Acrobat experience is a plus.
Pay
The base pay range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance.
