About the role

The Sr. Total Rewards Analyst serves as the primary benefits liaison for Crete United, managing comprehensive employee benefits programs across multiple partner organizations.

Responsibilities

• Daily coordination with HR partners and employees.
• Oversight of vendor relationships and accountability.
• Management of complex claims and billing issues.
• Facilitation of open enrollment and new member education.
• Ensuring compliance with all federal and state benefits regulations.

• Strong technical proficiency in benefits administration platforms.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and benefit plan members.
