Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports HR initiatives and processes
• Assists with employee relations and conflict resolution
• Manages employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Collaborates with managers to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
