Duties and Responsibilities
- Supports HR initiatives and processes
- Assists with employee relations and conflict resolution
- Manages employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Collaborates with managers to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
