HR Advisor

About the role

As Human Resources Advisor, you will work within the people function to support Employee Relations case work, recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will play a key role working with managers and supporting them with HR advice and policy.

Responsibilities

• Support Employee Relations case work and advise managers during meetings
• Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment and onboarding
• Handle HR systems and administration

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator position
• Exposure to Employee Relations case work
• Competence in working within the full employee life cycle
• Experience with HR systems and administration
• HR Administration experience (for those looking to take the next step)
