Responsibilities

• Provide visible, credible and professional standardised HR advice, support and services as required by Curo to agreed service levels.
• Provide a professional advisory service to a range of stakeholders across the organisation to enable effective day‑to‑day people and case management.
• Work flexibly across the organisation with a wide range of colleagues and provide support for HRBPs and line managers managing key HR processes and practices.
• Coach and advise line managers so they are skilled and confident to manage their teams and ensure colleagues have the best possible experience at Curo.
• Take policies, employment legislation and external best practice into consideration when providing advice to ensure compliance and facilitate decision making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify and streamline practices, implementing improvements to the way HR and Organisation Development processes are delivered to deliver an improving service to the business whilst delivering the purposeful culture strategy.
• Give advice as a Shared Service: provide consistent HR advice, guidance and support services to the business to the agreed service levels whilst delivering an excellent colleague experience.
