Key Responsibilities
- Aid in recruiting activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication
- Support onboarding and new hire orientation processes to foster a welcoming environment
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation in digital and physical formats
- Provide assistance with general HR questions and direct inquiries
- Coordinate employee trainings, engagement activities, and company events
- Administer benefits enrollment and process employee paperwork
- Avoid non-compliance with company policies and employment regulations
- Track HR-related data such as attendance, training completion, and employee documentation
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, administrative assistant, office coordinator, or customer support roles
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- A positive attitude and willingness to support a team-oriented environment
Preferred Experience
- Experience with HRIS systems like Rippling or similar platforms
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or fast-paced office environments
