About the role
The HQ Transitional Financial Advisor position is ideal for individuals who can build relationships easily and provide appropriate investment advice. This role involves maintaining client relationships during transitions and providing ongoing service and guidance.
Responsibilities
- Preserve and restore customer relationships when a former Financial Advisor is unable to meet those obligations
- Provide excellent client service and suitable investment advice during the transition period
- Initial contact and ongoing guidance and service to the clients
- Research and resolve any service issues or unfinished tasks
- Work in partnership with the Business Office Administrators to ensure a high level of customer service
- Keep the department apprised of any Compliance/Field Service concerns
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor
- Series 7 and 66 licenses required
- Insurance licenses required: life, health, and variable annuity
- Commit to traveling 1-2 weeks/trimester
- Extensive flexibility, reliability, and strong decision-making skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong telephone and customer-service skills
Candidates should live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations and be willing to work in the office four days per week.
