About the role

Highland Park Bowl, LA's oldest bowling alley, is a long-standing, multi-functional space providing a unique experience for guests. With 8 vintage lanes, a restaurant, and 4 bars under one roof, we offer billiards, bowling, drinking and dining, events, sports viewings, DJs, and burlesque shows. We work hard and have fun while doing it!

Server Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service
• Strong conflict resolution
• Must be able to stand 8+ hours
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds
• Weekend availability required

Busser Responsibilities and Duties

• Perform set up, sidework, and closing duties
• Provide excellent hospitality to every guest
• Maintain a pleasant and friendly demeanor at all times
• Strong emphasis on communication with management
• Anticipate the needs of guests and staff alike
• Sense of urgency in completing all tasks
• Run food from the kitchen
• Keep a clean and professional appearance at all times
• Strong ability to multitask
