HP Retail Sales Representative
Pay: $17.00 per hour + weekly performance bonus (up to $100 extra per week based on individual sales performance).
About the role
HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in Laredo, TX. In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating excitement around the HP brand and products at Best Buy. You will demonstrate products to customers, tailor demonstrations to their needs, and build rapport with both customers and store staff.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy
- Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
- Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff
- Train retail store associates on HP products and services
- Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
- Report competitive insights
- Sell products and services in a retail environment
- Meet or exceed personal sales goals monthly
- Welcome customers, assess needs, and suggest products
- Build customer confidence and help them make selections
- Accurately document and report sales activity
- Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, organized, and presentable
- Submit all paperwork completely and accurately
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Six months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- 1-year job experience required
- Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech, or wireless (a plus)
- Training or product demonstration experience (a plus)
