HP Retail Sales Representative

About the role

HP and 2020 Companies have partnered to hire an HP Retail Sales Associate in your area! In this role, you will assist in driving sales and creating buzz and excitement around the HP brand and products in your local big-box retailer(s).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy
• Engage and build rapport with customers by creating a memorable experience
• Responsible for maintaining professional relationships with management and staff within assigned store
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo-readiness
• Report and provide competitive insights

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment
• Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Problem-solving, tech-savvy enthusiast
• Outgoing personality and eager to learn
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products with training
• Ability to engage in a selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs
• Retail experience or customer service experience in electronics, tech or wireless a plus
• Training or product demonstration experience a plus
• One year job experience required

Pay

$16.00 per hour

Schedule
