Houskeeper (Crisis Stabilization)

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily cleaning of unit.
• Complete 1 special cleaning project per week, including buffing/waxing floors, washing down walls, cleaning bathrooms floors, and other regular cleaning tasks.
• Complete essential learning courses as required and check email per company policy.
• Help with changing light bulbs / ceiling tiles as needed, which includes climbing a ladder.
• Auxiliary with maintenance staff for any repairs to the building or painting as needed.
• Complete housekeeping check-off list daily and turn it in to Management.
• Report to the unit manager/director any repairs needed to the building as seen while cleaning, which may include any equipment.
• Order supplies as needed, ensuring not to overstock and staying within the budget.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
