Housing Eligibility Specialist
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting. The posting includes Summary (intro) and Essential Job Functions (list of duties). Also includes required qualifications: high school diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred; 2-3 years experience with Housing Choice Voucher program preferred; one to two years experience with mental health population preferred. Also includes mission/vision statements (maybe About the role?). Also includes EEO boilerplate (should be removed). No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. So we should not create those headings. We need to include About the role (maybe summary/mission). Responsibilities (essential job functions). Requirements (maybe required qualifications). Qualifications (preferred qualifications). Skills (maybe math skills, communication, etc). We need to decide what content goes where. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details exactly as given, but we can format into lists. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also navigation, cookie, legal, scam-warning, duplicated lines. The posting includes "Equal Employment Opportunity ..." which we should remove. Also mission/vision statements maybe considered About the role? They are substantive; we can keep them under About the role. We need to decide sections: - About the role: could include Summary paragraph and mission/vision statements. - Responsibilities: list of essential job functions (the bullet-like sentences). We'll turn each sentence into
About the role
... summary paragraph + mission/vision ...
But we need to ensure we don't duplicate lines. The summary: "The Housing Specialist supports participants in our housing subsidy programs by determining ongoing eligibility for the program, answering client, landlord and case manager's questions regarding our processes, and helping clients to remain on the program to receive assistance with rental subsidy payments." Then mission/vision: "EDEN's mission is to provide housing solutions to people facing the challenges of housing insecurities and homelessness. Vision EDEN recognizes that housing is a basic right of all people, and the first step in helping those vulnerable and disadvantaged transform their lives. We envision, that through our efforts, homelessness will be brief and rare; and every family will have a safe, secure place to call home. We believe housing serves as a foundation to build stable lives, advance independence, and fulfill aspirations." We can combine into oneor multiple
. Probably one
with sentences. Now Responsibilities: list each essential job function. The list is long; we need to preserve all substantive information. We'll break each sentence into
