Houseworker (HH), 40Hrs, Day Shift

Major Responsibilities

Cleans assigned rooms and areas to insure a clean, safe and attractive environment.

Cleans and burnishes floors to maintain an attractive appearance.

Affords assistance with project work as assigned.

Completes assigned schedule of duties making efficient and effective use of work time.

Projects a positive service attitude while on duty, responding to requests promptly and professionally.

Interacts with others in a cooperative manner and seeks to work harmoniously with other employees and staff.

Position Qualifications

• Previous environmental services experience preferred with ability to work independently with a minimum of direct supervision required.
• Preferred High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
