Minimum Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
- Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment
- Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
- Valid driver’s license where required by assignment
What The Housewide RN Nursing Supervisor Will Do
- Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department / program
- Formally / informally supervises daily & / or house functions of charge nurses, professional & frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department
- May or may not have direct report relationships
- May be accountable for the staff coordination, scheduling & assignment or throughput
- Participates in & contributes to the performance management / review process
- Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements & drives results of team within assigned department
- Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders
