Minimum Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Valid RN licensure authorized in the applicable state(s) of practice/employment
• Baccalaureate of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred
• Valid driver’s license where required by assignment

What the Housewide RN Nursing Supervisor will do

• Frontline, department-based, direct or indirect healthcare department / program
• Formally / informally supervises daily & / or house functions of charge nurses, professional & frontline staff (multidisciplinary team) of assigned department
• May or may not have direct report relationships
• May be accountable for the staff coordination, scheduling & assignment or throughput
• Participates in & contributes to the performance management / review process
• Contributes to the daily performance, daily adherence to regulatory requirements & drives results of team within assigned department
• Implements departmental plans & priorities identified by accountable nurse leaders
